Relationship Manager

HokoCloud is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as a Client Relationship Manager. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Economics, Management, Finance, Marketing, or similar fields. No relevant experience is required, but any prior experience in a related role will be highly appreciated.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales of digital products by identifying opportunities and engaging with potential clients.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners and affiliates to facilitate collaboration and growth.
  3. Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and requests to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement targeted sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
  5. Analyse client feedback and market trends to identify opportunities for product and service improvements.
  6. Assist in the negotiation and closing of deals, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties involved.
  7. Continuously expand industry knowledge and stay updated on market trends and competitors.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Management, Finance, Marketing, or similar fields.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  3. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a drive to achieve sales targets.
  4. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with CRM tools.
